Strathfield Council resolved in 2022 to trial extended hours access to Strathfield Library for a six-month period from 1 November 2022 to 30 April 2023. As part of the evaluation and reporting process, you are invited to provide feedback on the survey below.

The evaluation process is to assist Council determining whether this service will continue in the future and how it should be managed.

The survey will close on Sunday 16 April 2023.

Extended Hours Access provides library members access the Strathfield Library outside of regularly staffed hours. The hours of extended operation are:

• Monday – Thursday 6:30pm – 9:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Access to the Library during extended hours involves patrons using their library card and a randomly generated PIN each time on entry (using 2 factor authentication).

The findings from the survey will be reported to a future Council meeting. Personal data collected from the survey is managed in accordance with Council’s Privacy Management Plan. No individual will be personally identified in published Council reports.
